Membership FAQ’s

  • All memberships require a 12 month commitment, after that you can cancel anytime.

  • Yes, a valid credit card must be kept on file to remain compliant.

  • Cancellation fees are only applied if you cancel before the 12-month term.

  • No, the money stays there until you use it to make purchases at Wild Woods.

  • No, these discounts are exclusive to members only and cannot be combined with other promotions.

  • Your recurring charges will be billed each month on the same date you signed up.

  • Membership dues will be automatically charged to the payment method on file each month on or near the enrollment date. If the enrollment date falls on a day that does not occur in a given month, charges will be processed on the last day of that month.

  • Membership requires a minimum twelve (12) month commitment. Continued treatment beyond the initial term requires renewal and ongoing medical eligibility as determined by the provider.

  • Membership benefits may not be combined with other promotional offers, discounts, coupons, packages, gift certificates, or special pricing unless expressly authorized by Wild Woods Inc.

  • Some services are not eligible for discounts; such as HRT pellet procedure.

  • Annual lab discount redeemable once per every 12-month membership cycle

  • This membership is personal to the enrolled member and may not be assigned, transferred, shared, or used by another individual.

  • Membership fees are non-refundable. Early cancellation requests due to medical necessity may be considered on a case-by-case basis and require approval by the Medical Director. Documentation may be required.

  • Tracking prescription refill is the responsibility of the member. It is recommended that the member request prescription refills with a 2-week notification to avoid delays in treatment.

  • Enrollment in a Membership Program does not guarantee prescription or continued treatment. All treatment recommendations and prescriptions are based upon medical evaluation, laboratory results, clinical assessment, and provider discretion.
